We aim to provide a relaxing dining experience for you in the beautiful setting of a working vineyard. From taking care of you in the restaurant and catering to your palate we strive to provide a special time for you. Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or savour the lunch menu.

Bloom Restaurant and Terrace is situated at Murdoch James Estate and is the largest indoor vineyard venue in Martinborough.

For your special day, our beautiful facility allows for all wedding options, ranging from the reception through to the full wedding dinner.  At Bloom Restaurant we pride ourselves on providing a stylish, distinctive wedding venue coupled with fresh and seasonal food and wine.

About Martinborough

Martinborough is only 1hr and 15 minutes from Wellington, but it feels as though you're a world away.  Residents enjoy the relaxed pace of life and friendly community of a small rural town with the added benefits of world class wines and quality cafe's and restaurants on their doorsteps. Good community services alongside a range of shops provide the population of approx 1,500 with the majority of their everyday needs, whilst there are a number of trades and professions to support the local community and local businesses. There are a large number of clubs and activities for people to get involved in and the surrounding countryside provides plenty of opportunities for locals to enjoy the great outdoors.  Come and visit to experience Martinborough for yourself, but be warned.... you may never want to leave!
